PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEES AND SERVICES FOR SINGLE FAMILY HOMES

Our property management fee is 10% of rents collected and includes:

• Responding in a timely manner to maintenance and other requests of your tenants
• Collecting rent and, if necessary, serving notices and initiating unlawful detainer actions
• Accounting for income and expenses produced by the property and reporting them to you
• Arranging for services, repairs and maintenance on the property as authorized

Our leasing fee is 40% of a single month's rent and includes:

• Evaluation of the current market rental value
• Advertising, showing the property, and screening prospective tenants
• Preparing and executing the lease agreement with the tenant
• Extensive documentation of the property condition prior to giving the tenant possession

Our lease renewal fee is 25% of a single month's rent and includes:

• Inspection to verify that the tenant has taken proper care of the property
• Evaluation of market rent and the new rent amount to be offered to the tenant
• Negotiating and executing the renewed lease agreement with the tenant
